We teach classes from Beginners to Advanced (age 3-adult) in American Jazz and Classical Ballet, and from Level 1 in American Tap. Most of these are exam-based classes. There are also non-exam adult classes in jazz, ballet, and Hip Hop (preschool classes have no exams either); a performance group; and a non-exam Beginner Jazz class (ages 5-10). For partner dance, Planet Dance runs a wide range of classes at the same venue (Ballroom/Latin, Salsa, Latin Rock, Argentine Tango, etc).
We have highly qualified, committed and caring teachers, with an inclusive, positive culture.
We teach professional syllabi (AJDA for American Jazz and Tap; BBO for classical ballet), in an exam-based programme (jazz, tap, ballet), and we are a registered member of AJDA and BBO
Classes are course-based, and students enrol and pay by the term. Private lessons are available, and are often taken in the lead-up to exams.
Visiting teachers from overseas run workshops annually: the AJDA Phoenix workshops.

Exams are held in Term 3 (August and September). These are not compulsory, but are highly recommended in the exam-based classes. Our examination results are extremely good.
There are performance opportunities during the year, plus an end-of-year Show for all classes, in a professional theatre. It is the studio’s main focus when exams are over.
